What shipping methods are available?

DEZIGNED. ships via UPS, LTL and also provides a White Glove Delivery Service for Interior Design Professionals. Qualifying orders may also be scheduled for pick up accordingly with our customer service team. Products larger than 8 ft in length or width are required to ship via LTL or via our White Glove Delivery Service.

How long will it take before my order is ready for shipping or pick up?

Product availability varies. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation with these details, tracking information and more.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes, you can use your own shipping account on qualifying orders. We can accommodate most requests for 3rd party shipping as long as all details are on your order notes during checkout. A customer service agent will confirm after the order is placed.

How does the Pick Up option work?

You can opt to pick up qualifying orders, which need to be picked up within 15 days of placing the order, during warehouse operating hours. Pick up hours are 9am – 4pm, Monday through Friday. *Pick up must be noted at checkout and approved and scheduled with a customer service agent after checkout. Does DEZIGNED. ship Internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally. We do ship to the lower 48 states in the US. We are also happy to offer a White Glove Delivery Service, currently within 50 miles of Zip Code 07927, for qualifying orders. This includes delivery and (one time) placement of ordered product(s) in your clients residential or commercial space. You can request this during checkout and note your preferred delivery date and preferred time during checkout as well. We will do our best to accommodate your needs however will have to confirm each order placed.

How does scheduling for White Glove Delivery Service work?

Scheduling varies based on location and product availability, which will be confirmed by our customer service team once your order is complete. You must choose White Glove Delivery Service during checkout and our customer service team will schedule and provide further details after checkout.

Order and Returns

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel the order?

Only for qualifying orders, you may be able to cancel your order the same day of placing the order. You must notify customer service the same day of the order to request and confirm. We will need your contact information and order / invoice number.

Can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with Dezigned’s products for any reason, you may return your purchase in its original, new condition and undamaged state for a refund within 10 business days of purchase. Dezigned has the right to reject and/or reduce the refund amount for products returned in damaged conditions, where-as the damage is not a result of shipping, Dezigned’s actions or which were not defective before shipping. At time of receiving your delivery you are responsible for inspecting unopened product and rejecting shipments with obvious shipping damages. You must notify us within 24 hours of refusing a shipment.

Are returns refunded?

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of Dezigned receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection of all returned products.

What is the return notice period?

To return product you must contact Dezigned via email at hello@dezigned-staging.e4hk0ueg-liquidwebsites.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and also include invoice number, contact name, email and phone number. All returns must have an RA number. Upon emailing your return request we will provide you with a RMA form to submit for approval. After approval buyer must return the product in 10 days of receiving the RMA number. Dezigned will refuse to accept any and all returned product which do not adhere to our return policy on our website.
