RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Timeframe:

If you are unhappy with Dezigned’s products for any reason, you may return your purchase in its original, new condition and undamaged state for a refund within 10 business days of purchase. Dezigned has the right to reject and/or reduce the refund amount for products returned in damaged conditions, where-as the damage is not a result of shipping, Dezigned’s actions or which were not defective before shipping. At time of receiving your delivery you are responsible for inspecting unopened product and rejecting shipments with obvious shipping damages. You must notify us within 24 hours of refusing a shipment.

Before Returning Product:

To return product you must contact Dezigned via email at hello@dezigned-staging.e4hk0ueg-liquidwebsites.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You must provide us with the invoice number, contact name, email and phone number. All returns must have an RA number. Upon emailing your return request we will provide you with a RMA form to submit for approval. After approval buyer must return the product in 10 days of receiving the RMA number. Dezigned will refuse to accept any and all returned product which do not adhere to the return policy herein.

Shipping Costs:

Dezigned will be responsible for any and all damaged products should all requirements be met. In this case a call tag will be issued and Dezigned will schedule the return.

Otherwise purchaser is responsible for the return shipping of the product(s) at their own expense and a tracking number must be provided with proof of delivery.

Refunds:

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of Dezigned receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection of all returned products.
